Nick focuses his practice on representing plaintiffs for civil rights violations, employment rights violations, environmental contamination, defective products, and unfair and deceptive trade practices.

Nick was previously a partner at Mason LLP before that firm merged and became Whitfield Bryson & Mason LLP. He earned earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2001 where he served as an editor of the Georgetown International Environmental Law Review. He earned his bachelor's degree cum laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1997 where he double majored in environmental studies and philosophy.

Nick is admitted to practice in New York, the District of Columbia, the United States Courts of Appeal for the Third, Fourth and Sixth Circuits, the United States District Courts for the District of Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the Northern, Southern and Western Districts of New York. He is a member of a number of professional organizations including the American Association for Justice, the Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group, and the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, DC. Nick has spoken at a number of professional seminars on employment rights and class action topics.

  • As class counsel, secured a $3 million settlement for pre-trial detainees in the Allegheny County
  • Settled a case against Chevron for $6.2 million for owners and residents of 200 properties
  • As a member of the trial team in Stillman v. Staples, won a nearly $2.5 million verdict against Staples for unpaid overtime on behalf of 342 sales managers after a six-week jury trial
